is inspired by almost actual life events. We are well known for our frequenting of a certain Chinese restaurant here in town, and for some mysterious reason, they do not always provide us with soy sauce, so we are forced to pilfer it for ourselves. Sometimes, this leads to unfortunate consequences.
I'm gone. By the time you read this, I'm on the other side of "the pond", as they call it, which seems to be a rather insignificant way of referring to the Atlantic Ocean, which seems to me more like a "freaking huge body of water". We'll see if I return in time for Monday's newspost (cross your fingers), else one of my illustrious compatriots might have to fill in.
I want to say thanks to all my friends who have given me help in the last few months before my departure. My apartmentmates, and virtual apartmentmates in Ithaca (Marcel, Erin, Brian, Dawn and Torrie), my school friends who were elsewhere (Chris, Phil, and Kendyl), other school friends (Dev, Bobby, Lizzie, Adam, Alex, Joey, Liz, and Avery) and some of my other friends from here (John Cummings, John Brooks, Peter, Josh), and new friends (like Jen, who it was a distinct pleasure to meet!).
Last, but certainly not least I will deeply miss my comic co-conspirators. Kai, Jason, and Tony: I have toiled long and hard with you in the past few months, and I'm so happy to see all of our work coming to fruition. I love you guys, and I hope to see you in a few months.
Peace on Earth, goodwill to men, and I'm outta here.
